I had a Texecom Professionally installed some time ago. The company went bust. Fortunately, I have the engineer code. However, would this allow me to gain access to Wintex and the settings or would Wintex have a separate user ID and password?

All details can be gained through engineers menu you need panel model , system version , udl password

How would I go about obtaining the UDL password if one has been set?
If i cant get hold of the UDL password then i’m thinking, Is there any need for me to use Wintex? Can i do everything through the panel? I’m happy with the system and I dont intend making any changes. The only thing i will need to change are the pir batteries and panel battery.
