Accumulator tank - Poor water pressure

Can anyone recommend a few companies that make accumulator vessels please?

I am working on a propoerty that has poor pressue, in fact I think it is on a private supply, and we are thinking of installing an accumulator to improve the pressure.

Does anyone know if these work effectively?

I would consider a break tank and pump set, but room is tight.

Cheers

Hopefully Simond will come on later. His company fit lots of these so he can advise professionally.

Thanks for the intro, Dave.

If you have poor pressure, an accumulator alone is not the answer, I'm afraid.

If you have poor flow, that is a different question.

I know there has been lengthy threads on this subject (one 19 pages long!)

I have yet to check the pressure (static and dynamic) and flow rate on the cold supply, what pressure would you say was the minimum where an accumulator would be a suitable solution?

If you read the thread, possibly wearing a flak jacket, your answers will be revealed.

Including the difference between flow and pressure, assuming you didn't do this at college.

Actually it was 19 pages! Here's the link to it, for anyone with nothing to do this week-end.
