Aco Drain Required?

Hi all. Just wanted to ask whether an aco drain is required along the full length of the garage that i've built (red line). The gutter to be installed will be drained to a soakaway shown by the red dot.

The garage wall is 2 skins of blockwork and I have tanked the outside below the dpc. The plan is to insulate the wall on the outside and timber clad. To be honest I don't have a detail in mind as yet as to how I finish the timber cladding down to the floor but will be running 500mm wide a paving along the length of the garage so may just drop the cladding down onto an upstand of some sort. Any suggestions here would be appreciated as well.

Anyway aco or no aco?

Cheers

no aco. the garden will drain itself.
angle your row of pavers away from the garage.
can’t see the point of externally insulating an outbuilding . just clad the outside and insulate inside.

Thanks. I was concerned about the garden draining. I should have explained that I need the garage dry, no damp/ moisture whatsoever and somewhat warm...say lowest temp to be 8-10 degrees. so it will be heated
The reason for insulating outside is to avoid loosing any internal space.
