If i didnt want to make a new connection to a public sewer, can i ACO drain the rain water and sink waste water around my new extension to connect to an existing soil pipe or waste water pipe?

Have commented on your other post, what is it you are building? An extension to an existing building or a self contained new build?

Sink waste into an ACO drain will not comply with regs, and is likely to stink and attract half the country's fly population in the summer. Needs to go directly to a gulley or drain connected to the foul sewer.

Rainwater should be drained independantly, either to a soakway, a storm sewer or if neither of those is possible then, as a last resort, a foul sewer. Building Control will advise on method required!
