Add extra BTU/W for Vertical Radiator v horizontal?

Should an additional percentage be added (everything else being equal), to the calculated heat output required for a room if using a 1800 mm vertical radiator instead of using a horizontal radiator?

Both radiators will have a heat output , you calculate with that, not the physical size of the rad
