Adding PIR to outside light

Hi all

I have standard outside light operated by hall switch & plan to add PIR between switch and light. Normal 2 core & earth out and into light.

PIR has Live, Neutral & Switched live. Would wiring be:

Out

Out Earth to light in Earth
Neutral to PIR Neutral
Live to PIR Live
Switched Live to light in Live

Similar to pic. Hope this makes sense.

Will you just leave the switch on all the time?

yep should be = Earth maybe needed in PIR depending on class
