Adding water treatments to a header tank

I have the sentinel x100 and x200 water treatments in my header tank, is it possible to top up the treatments in the header tank by just pouring in some more sentinel x200, or do i have to drain some water out first?

Tie ball valve up let system drain for a few mins close d/cock put content of bottles into tank and release ball valve bleed system
