ADE Optima Company alarm battery

Hi, how do I know which ADE Optima company alarm I have? Electrician said last time he thinks battery in alarm is running low. Now alarm has started coming on quite a lot and as its connected on a fuse with other things, it kicks everything out. I think I need a new battery but have no idea which one to order and don't know how old the alarm is? Can I replace by myself or do i need electricians help, as I know nothing about electrics?
