Adhesive bag

I have big bag of tile adhesive powder which has gone pretty hard.

Can i still use it if i break it up and add water. I think it will break up pretty easily. Or do i need to get a new one ?

It might be ok but it could set hard in minutes normally in the bucket, then you need a new bucket as well. My advice buy a new bag

Always dump it and start fresh. Got caught myself with an opened bag of plaster the other week - had to take it all off again.
