Adjusting pvc door

How do I adjust this door? It is catching a bit so you lift the door up a little when you close it.

I think you do something with Allen keys on the hinges.

Look underneath, could be an allen bolt, tighten it and it should push a plug up and lift the door, old hinges though and there won't be much adjustment, possibly may need to toe and heel the door instead
