adjusting underfloor heating flow

hi everyone,need help here.i want to ajust the flow in 3 of my ufh zones as the rooms just dont get as warm as the zones showing twice the flow on the meters,can anyone help please.i dont know the make of the system so heres a couple of pics.

have you got a pump on that manifold.

hi ,yes a gundfos pump just out of pic.

can you turn it up? balancing wont help much as you've bugger all flow on the rest.

ah seewhat your saying,they are the two zones that work the best thermostat is not calling them on cos ist hot in there,they show 3 to 4 when open

you really need someone who knows what they are doing....but it can be adjusted...

tried a plumber, he suggested leaving all the doors open to balance the temperature.Priceless!!!!!
