Underfloor heating not working

Guys

My UFH isn’t heating up my ground floor in any zone. It was yesterday but not today. The flow meters on the manifold are showing 3 l/min. The grey pipes on the supply and return are hot but the floor isn’t heating the slightest although the thermostat is ranked up to 23 degrees.

Any ideas. Pics below.

Needs replacing. Easy enough with the correct tools and experience. Isolation or drain down required.
