hello all,
i've a dialema, getting fernox 200 into the c.s. system. problem is, i've already got setinel 100 in and so can't drain off!! any ideas how I can do this?
any help much appreciated.

ive looked into sucking water out the bleed valve of a radiator, then inject additive in but the hole is too small

fernox (or sentinel) 200 ?
What problem do you have that needs more additive?

hiya twgas,
typo.. lol sorry I ment sentinel 100 is already in which i put in 2 years ago.
the system's an oldish indirect.
the heat exchanger is slightly kettling and was told sentinel 200 would help, but not sure if I can get it in without loosing the 100

forgot to ask...
one of the radiator's valves leek out the shaft when the valve is closed. are the glands easy to replace or s a new valve needed?

Some are easy, but a new valve is more likely a better option as you're draining anyway.

one last thing.. is the rapid-dose type sentinel additive container able to fit any type of radiator bleed screw hole?

If you're draining to fit rad valve, use the normal bottle and tip it in the f&e tank
