Advice needed

I have a conservatory roof which is an Ultraframe polycarbonate. It is getting a bit old now , and I was wondering if it would be feesable to put(by adhesive) rubber or plastic or felt tiles over the existing roof. If anyone can give me any advice it would be much appreciated.
