Help. After recently retiling the shower area. on refitting the Bristan thermostatic shower there does appear to be a leak coming from the mixer tap. i guess i will need to replace the olives, the only problem is that they are both stuck inside the fixing bridge and wont budge. Can anyone advice on how to get these out of there. Many thank in advance. Ian
