advice on my shower mixer please

is there anyway i can increase the hot water temp on my thermo shower mixer. when i have it turned to max heat it only runs warm. it is a park lane thermostatic shower mixer (pwd1239). i have checked the instructions but it doesn't say anything, there is no tech support number to ring either. i have a baxi 105he combi. thank you.

is your cold pressure alot greater than your hot ?
feel the hot pipe to the valve.

the hot pipe is very hot but just isnt getting through

sounds like a thermostatic problem.
how long has the shower been fitted ?
has it been ok ?

no. i have taken the temp control handle off to see if there is any other way of increasing the temp but i am at a loss i think
