Hi folks, just wanted some basic advice on a garden outbuilding. We have 3 smaller sheds at the bottom of our garden than I'd be interested in knocking down and replacing with one large building. It would be as basic as possible,brick/breezeblock built with a flat felted roof. The dimensions would very roughly be 7m wide by 5m deep.Is this possible to do without permission? Thanks in advance.

30m2 is the max with out building regs control. As long as it doesnt cover more than 50% of the land around your property. Including other out buildings sheds, greenhouses and the like.

Look at the planning portal.
