Pva is sound for killing the dust and killing the suction but i wouldnt rely on it as a key for the render.

hello guys,im doing a similar project in building a garage for my little brother (first ever try but he who dares, Rodney :) ) and i will be using Durox blocks myself and wondered about the waterproof issue and rendering afterwards.....'legs' sounds very knowledgeable and i will go his way, but can i not PVA before the scratch coat at all? his 'never never never' being countered by a comment saying 'it is ok'?........my plan was to render straight on but the suction issue ive read about online made me look into it a bit deeper and led me here.....(medusa noted ty fella)........thanks :)
