ive had a huge problem with penetrating damp (i think) around my landing window, ive cleared the cavity of insulation and made sure its clear where the damp was ive also at considerable cost had the house re rendered and repointed i even removed the damp plaster and replaced it with a lime plaster. after the weekends down pour the damp has returned. Ive removed the plaster again and the bricks seem dry, in fact it just seemed to be the paint that was damp, the plaster was quite dry.(could it be condensation) I'm at my witts end now ive tried several companies and they all just seem to want to hide the problem not resolve it, can anyone advise me please im desperate now.
