I'll cut a long story boring, the back of my garage had to be rebuilt and as the rest of the garage was pebbledashed using Powerwall i now need to match the back with the sides.
Do i need to scratch and leave till it sets before puting on the 'exposed' and chip, or could i hit the same day when its hard but not fully set?
If i do decide to put the base coat on and leave till next day, can i just wet or do i need a special sealer?
