ADVICE - What orbital sander ?

Hi All

Looking to purchase a 'medium' priced sander as i lost my Bosch one years ago.

I borrowed a Draper one of a friend and it it useless !!! The 'wire' that holds the sandpaper just cuts through it within a couple of minutes !!

My old Bosch had nice rubber clamps and did not cause this problem.

Anyone advise.
