Hi, first post so apologies if its in the wrong place.
I have recently had a new central heating system installed by a local heating company. The old system was very old and was replaced with a new combi boiler.
Everything was installed in 2 days however, after installation there was a leak in a pipe which led to almost having the house flooded, luckily the roof held up and there was no major damage. The company returned to look at the leak and they were concerned so punctured a hole in the roof to release the water. The water had came from the old system. It's has now left a hole in my roof and a yellow stained roof too. The company have denied liability and will not repair the roof. I was wondering if this would be correct?
Looking forward to hearing from anyone at all, open minded
