currently have gainsborough electric shower (7.2kw I think) & inherited with house...worked ok until had combi boiler put in last year....water pressure not particularly good here...went along (remember I'm ONLY a woman) to B&Q who suggested Mira Combiflow would sort out all my problems .......are B&Q right????

have u made sure the stoptap in the house is fully open?
