Hi we have an aerial into a triax 304260. I thought id cut the cable above this and put an f connector on each end one from antenna into the input of splitter and one from triax into into output, then new cable from second output to the new tv. I cant seem to find an f type connector to fit cable. When i put vernier on cable it looks like 5.5mm to small for 6.4 connector to big to fit in the 4.8mm sky connector. Do they do a 5.5mm or do i need a different type of conector and splitter. The tria shows an in put and out put for cable does that mean i could just insert another cable into the slot and daisy chain the second tv

Regarding daisy-chaining from the Triax 304260, if you look at your picture you'll probably be able to see that there's only one small hole for the centre core of some coax. There's no second entry for a loop connection. I think the moulding for the cable clamp is generic rather than specific to this diplexer. You won't be able to daisy-chain directly from this socket.
75 Ohm coax with a 5.5mm O.D. for the jacket does exist. There are plugs for it, too. Here's an example, and here with price and availability in the UK.
Alternatively, if you have suitable heat-shrink tubing, you could bulk up the jacket O.D. to suit the standard RG6 connector diameter.
