Aged secondary glazing

I had a wooden window that had two glass panes of sliding secondary glazing. The whole lot has been replaced with uPVC.

I want to use the secondary glazing elsewhere but when it was removed one of the plastic track runners was damaged. It was installed many years ago. Are there manufacturers firms that still make this? I attach a couple of images.
