Could someone let me know the minimum height an AAV should be sited above the inlet pipe through which the soil flows into the stack pipe?

I am concerned that I have foul air entering an ensuite from the toilet.

Thanks.

It should be above the spill level of the highest appliance connected, usually the basin.

indeed - so if the WC blocks and the bath too then the water will fill the basin and spill over onto the floor - but the AAV will be OK - seems to me no logic but it`s the regs  What if the bath and the basin had HepV O valves
