I recently (6 weeks ago) had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed along with new Grunfos pump and Honeywell 2-way valve. Ever since I've had terrible problems with air in one particular radiator and the towel rail that runs off the hot water system. I have to bleed these two every day and get very loud gurgling when the CH has been on for about 40 mins or more. Sometimes when the pump comes on I get a noise like trying to suck the last drops of a drink through a straw.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Is the pump running too high (setting 3) and drawing in air?

Any help appreciated.

I would start by checking the system Inhibiter is correct. You could fit auto vents.

Feed and vent pipes not in the right place and system is pulling in air. Installation error so get installer back. Try turning pump speed down.
