How can you appear to offer a plumbing service, when you seem to know zilch about plumbing. This is a major flaw in your business plan.

However, you do seem to be busy. Perhaps your expertise is in marketing.

People of Cardiff, be afraid. Very afraid!

The only advice I can offer, is to try and start off working for another plumber. Otherwise, you are really going to struggle. Like many trades, most work will come from repeat business and customer recommendations. News of a good plumber spreads slowly. Word about a plumber who is out of his depth travels like wildfire.

I'd get my money back the mate if you have been on a plumbing course for the last three years and still don't know the billy basics

Is the air in the rad flammable? There are at least two ways to find out, one involves burning curtains and wall paper, one involves an empty pint glass.
