Customer has a sealed system, and keeps on getting air in her radiator in the bathroom which is situated on the middle floor. Boiler is at the highest point in the system with auto airvent above it, auto air vent also on primaries by the cylinder. [Pump looks old and the joints have obviously been weeping. Any clues why she keeps getting the air?

On a sealed/pressurised system are you sure its air? It is more likely to be gassing up (hydrogen ) Check for that.
