hello,,,the air separator on my chaffoteaux britony 80 is leaking water,,,is there anything that can be causing this or does it just need a new air separator???,,,what I mean is is could there be too much pressure in the system caused by a faulty expansion vessel or something???,,,water pressure is kept at 1 mbar and expansion tank pressure is 10 psi,,,anybody???

If you mean the auto air vent, then replace it. Quite common for air vents to leak. While the boiler is drained, check the exp vessel pre charge before you refill the system.
