In terms of chimneys, the entirety of one has been removed so there is no flue there anymore - just the residual chimney propped up in the wall in the loft. The front rooms still have a chimney - stove in the downstairs living room and above that on the first floor is the bricked up fireplace which has some ventilation holes drilled through some of the bricks.
There's no cellar.
Extractors - main bathroom is a centrifugal fan that vents straight through a vent tile in the roof and is directly above the shower. It is a bit worse for wear and I will replace it, but it works. Loft ensuite has a brand new fan directly above the shower with a chimney through the flat roof - that one works very well.
Think that's everything answered! Appreciate the ongoing input. Thanks.
