Hello,
Got everything figured as regards pipework for ripping out a cylinder to replace with combi in same position, bar one thing?
The FLOW for the combi CH is easy, but where do I pick-up the RETURN (rads) for the combi pipework? The return (cool rad water) pipework on this Y Plan is hidden away, flowing back to the boiler somewhere.
Am I missing something?
Cheers

The boiler now is on the ground floor, the new combi is going to be on the first floor.
Obviously the boiler flow and return at this time go up through the ceiling, guess I will have cap the return off in the ceiling cavity to utilise the pipework return?
Many thanks

Whilst you have the cylinder out it is probably worthwhile to lift the boards in the airing cupboard to look for the return.
