I have just fitted a new water pump to my mams central heating system because it was blowing fuses when the CH was on, but the HW worked fine.
I drained both the CH & HW to fit new pump, now after bleeding the rads the CH works fine but the boilers gets hot and the pipes get hot on the HW outlet and the boiler cuts out as if the water is hot enough after about a minute but the water and tank is cold! The tanks is a Elsy & Gibbons in the loft in her bungalow, all i can think is there is air in between the boiler in her kitchen and the tank in the loft, how would i bleed the air out on the Elsy & Gibbons tank in the loft?
