Alarm help please

Hi I have recently moved home and there’s a Eurosec Alarm been there since 2010. I didn’t get the codes and I can’t reset anything. Anyone got any ideas of how to set back to default settings? Very stressed! Thanks

Google risco cp8l installation manual. This will tell you how to default panel.
If existing engineer code starts with a 9 then panel will not default. You will not no this until you try to default .
