can anyone help please i have just moved in to a new flat and the alarm is not working as the land lady has lost the code and i need to reset it to factory conditions i think the factory default is 4567but not sure please can any body help i dont feel safe without an alarm thanks Barry the name on the panel is EUROSEC CT8

You should press your landlady to get this sorted for you , it is her equipment.If you choose to default the panel , there is a chance the engineer code has been locked making the panel unprogrammable.

thanks denford 1 but i did ask her to sort it but the enginer is not available any more but their will be a setup to put the panel back to factory conditions as with most panels a lot of a-d-e panel requre a link on p-a and set to reinstall factory conditions thanks for your help nobby
