all subcontractors rates cut 5% !!!

Right on bengasman!
It's easy to know it all but most of the finance pages are wary of housebuilders just now. Huge amounts of capital tied up in land banks and property and lots of cashflow issues in a falling market.
As when you laugh at other subbies work just remember that they're probably laughing at yours.

thats why its called a game mate .solidaraty join up on the web regards brig

just worked on a bloor homes site very briefly and they have just slashed 10% off the prices and 30% off the ground workers prices.
the industry is in a massive slow down with work harder to find (sites) and prices going down monthly its been the case for the last 12 months or more at least in the northwest where i work

I see this is an old post, but still thought it might be worth reaching out.

I Like to think I’m good at what I do, but some of the rates I’m been offered by national companies like domestic and general, Axa etc feel low. I know it comes with the promise of volume but still until that comes its low.

I’m not a member of boxt , for either heat pump, boiler or solar but wondered if anybody has any idea of what There subcontractor rates are and the kind of volume I can expect. I’m in the Midlands
