They look like pop rivets so, you can either drill the heads off them or, file the hinge pin flat at the top or bottom and then punch it out.
It all depends on why you want the door off.

just a thought and probably not applicable
is it sectionally made as in disassemble the full end/side panel the door is in and flip it over 180%??
as i say worth a suggestion but small chance off it happening
