Hi have a prob with my alpha combi boiler green neon light on all fine but prob occurs when we either turn on hot water tap or turn heating on it sounds like its going to fire up i hear 2 clicks then red light starts to flash i try to reset the boiler but i just get the same result so i have no heating or hot water any advise PLEASE!!
