Alpha CB24 help

Hi I have an alpha CB 24 combi boiler, when the hot tap is turned on the rads get hot, does anyone have any idea what the problem could be, as different plumbers have given different reasons. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Diverter valve most likely.

What else have they suggested?
