Hi, i have a small dripping leak from one of the pipes in my CB28. I was just wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on the sort of repair needed - i.e. is it just an o-ring replacement or am i in for some serious part replacement.

The leak is coming from the point indicated in the picture

Thanks!

New O ring required, fits in groove inside the heat exchanger side, orange if I remember rightly....... It can be obtained as part of a kit for all O rings for the boiler because when you start flexing or undoing pipework it becomes a nightmare for leaks. Use silicone grease when fitting them .

Good luck :D

alpha seal kits are hideously expensive.

all you need is the H/E seals and perhaps the two seals for the unions below, they are standard 3/4 fibre washers, alpha washers are **** anyway so just use any old fibre washer.
