alpha CD50 combi storage boiler

i'm contemplating installing a Alpha CD50 combi storage boiler into what will be a 5 bed 1 bathroom and 1 shower room house once i,ve finished building work. Does anyone out there have an opinion on these boilers, pros/cons and what alternatives there are? I have looked into a mega flow type system but space is an issue also the cost as i will have to install the system in my new dorma loft conversion and plumber has quoted an extra £500 for labour and parts to run to loft. All in i'm looking at £5K + for this type of system, which i don't think i need.
