Hi there, need some help...

I have a Alpha Ocean 240 combi which is driving me nuts!

When the C/H switches on it fires up, drops then fires up then drops about 6 or 7 times...the flames are a bit red in colour is this something to do with a wrong mix of gas & air?

Please help.

Could be. You'll have to get a corgi to look at that one.
 
Could be several things, but if there's something wrong with combustion you can get carbon monoxide, so you need to get a little man in.
