Hello,
About to fix aluminium coping to my flat roof but want to get a few things answered before I do. If anyone can be any help that would be appreciated.
1. Where the render corner trim comes over the wall, the fixing bracket doesn’t sit level. Can I put a packer under the bracket to make it level with the corner trim?
2. Underneath the waterproof fibre paint is osb. Is this a good enough fixing to screw the brackets into.
3. The coping instructions advises to use a waterproof membrane under the coping. With the waterproof membrane that runs along the top how much overhang should be on either side, coming down the wall. Thinking of using DPC.
