American Fridge freezer - mains water query

I am looking to install an american fridge / freezer with plumbed in water / ice making facility in our office.

My only problem is that where I want to install it, there is a wall and about 15 ft between the water supply and where the fridge would be.

I do have access to the loft space where I could run the tubing and drop it down but is there a maximum length of tubing that will work effectively?

In a word, No.

Run the pipe in one continuous length in 15mm Hep pipe.
