American Fridge Freezer with water dispenser

Hi, I am planning to by one of these which needs to be plumbed in. Could anyone tell me if there is a max distance that the freezer has to be from the main water supply - thanks

Shouldn't think you'd have any problems with water pressure, pretty sure the pipe needs to be within 1m of where the freezer will go.

Thanks for the reply. Most of the freezers come with 4m of micro bore piping so i was assuming 4m from mains was ok? However i need to get to 6m and i know there are extension kits. Just concerned going that extra distance would cause an issue.

Suppose you could use the plastic flexi pipe to get the mains nearer to where you want to place it. Pretty much all push fit connectors, so not that difficult to do yourself
