Hi folks

I've just bought a 2 gang RJ45 face plate to use in our new extension (Pic attached). Only problem is I haven't got a clue how to wire it...:oops:

I am used to using the push down type jacks, however, this one is different and I can't figure out if you simply push the cable into the socket, or if you need to lift the plastic cover and push the cables down.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, is A or B the preferred wiring method?

many thanks

Carl.

You punch the wires down then clip the cover on. 568B is the common standard now.
