Annual, Maintenance Contract.....choice ?

Does anyone have any experience of these two companies:

phJones or warmsure

They both offer annual service maintenance contracts and they're good value too, what their service is like is another question ?

Good, bad or indifferent ?

Just hope phjones dont fit their TRVs like they do on their website!

ph jones repair team are okay i liked working for that department however they make too many demands of their service lads & ladies
some time give them 15 jobs in day and some of them are doubles
no expriance with home serve but try kht if your going social housing contract
