Another dpc question

Looking at my attached photos, can some one tell me if that is the dpc just below green painted line?

4th photo is a drain which sink & W/M empty into. Water sometimes seems to go into the wall where wall meets concrete. Should this happen? Many thanks

drain is an easy fix - chuck out the metal grid , get a plastic one , lengthen the pipe to discharge below the grid ( above the standing water ) cut the grid to fit round the pipe (y)
