Another supplier bites the dust

I was with Green.
Before going bankrupt they took £173 through a third party so my credit card company won't honour the section 75.
On top of that they now sent a letter saying that I owe the administrators £296.
I was in credit when the imploded.
The sneaky b@stards.
I was with Iresa a few years ago when they went t!ts up.

Octopus took over and told me that I owed £XXX.

I asked them to provide evidence I owed this amount. They went silent.
Meanwhile, I was calculating what I was owed. With all the paperwork, readings and figures I could muster.

Luckily, I had a load of statements printed off, because when Iresa went bust, they shut down all their customers' accounts. I also had photos of meter readings with metadata to back up the dates.

With all of this I was able to reinstate our £356 credit.

when I chose So Energy, that was Iresa was on my shortlist.

I remember being put off by a few things, one I have to admit was that the directors seemed to be Nigerian.

There’s only one director listed now: Adeniyi Oluwaseun OLADEJI - what a mouthful

Some of the individual traders will fail but that does not mean the market has to fail.

I don't think you fully understand the term market failure and some traders have failed? How many have collapsed and how many are left now?
