Another thread arguing about the value of vaccines (Ed.)

'some protection'?

Now try to turn that into a reason for taking multiple not fully tested jabs...

Your argument is therefore no different from mine...

I prefer to get the protection that my immune system offers and don't wish that to be compromised...

When vaccines have been thoroughly tested on as many control groups as possible, then I will happily have them and have done so in the past...

So that doesn't make me an 'anti vaxxer'...

That term has been hijacked ;)
You are an anti vaxxer

You spew endless lies and falsehoods to justify your position.

The reason for the vaccine was to give people vaccine acquired immunity as the risk for naturally acquired immunity by infection could result in serious illness.

All the studies show that vaccination massively lowered the risk of hospitalisation.

The risk from the vaccine was far far lower than risk from covid.

Those are just facts.

You chose to ignore those facts and not be vaccinated, you got away with it....great I'm pleased for you. But it doesn't alter the facts.

Ellal loves a good strop and a chance to lord it over others.

The evidence of this is all over these boards.
Ellal seems so angry about the decision he made.

He chose to not be vaccinated, he didn't get ill. You would think he would be happy about that......clearly not

What vaccines have you taken that had no side effect risks ?
Most of the well tested routine ones.

Also a load of travel jabs.

But I was hospitalised for 3 days after having a typhoid jab that was later withdrawn due to excess deaths and severe reactions...

It was later revealed it had been rushed through at the time!

One less vaccine, to be used for someone else who did want it.

You would think you would be happy about that... all things considered.

The facts are, you have a 'Vanguard trust' and a bias towards promoting vaccines to go with it. You are in no neutral position to judge anyone on this thread.

You are too stupid for words!

Did you not read any of my posts where I said I have had many jabs?
You push endless lies and misinformation about covid vaccine

That makes you an anti vaxxer.

Apparently you nearly died having a previous vaccine, although you won't say what.....my guess is that's about as real as your "Dr sons"

But then I'm not a paranoid 'virus' jab junkie
Your desperate need to insult others who made a different decision to you shows you lack confidence in your own decision....I guess your wife, if you gave one wasn't happy by your selfish decision, so you take it out on us.

It was later revealed it had been rushed through at the time

The principle on which covid vaccines were made - "plug and play" - was being developed for more than a decade before the 'rona was even a thing.

Even then (and with effectively unlimited funds to run R&D, trials etc in parallel, rather than glacially and linearly, and punctuated with grant application and approval delays), the vaccines didn't come out for almost a year into the pandemic.

Rushed, you say?

Suits the narrative.

Most of the well tested routine ones.
As do most sensible people
Also a load of travel jabs.
As do most that need to travel

Side effects happen, did you read the side effects before taking it?
It was later revealed it had been rushed through at the time!
Define rushed, as brig says

I'm not promoting vaccines.

I don't care if people have them or not. I only care that idiot anti vaxxers don't get away with spreading misinformation.

The vaccine saved lives, that's a fact.

The risk from covid was far higher than the risk from the vaccine. That's a fact.

If you try and argue against those facts, I and others will continue to call out yer rancid BS.

Calling people who chose not to have the Covid vaccine 'anti vaxxers' is not a neutral position.

Your bias leans only one way and that is pro Covid vaccine.

You have a Vanguard trust. This is not a neutral position.

By all means, refer to the virtues of your own vaccination, but that is where the bucks stops. Anything said by you beyond your own vaccination, can be taken with a heavy pinch of salt.
